Toilet Paper Production Process 1.Pulp Preparation: Put broke paper, newspaper or waste paper into a single-disc hydraulic pulper, add white water to the full liquid level. Pump the pulp to a centrifugal desander via a pulp-extracting pump, and remove sand particles entrained in the pulp under the action of centrifugal force. 2.Pulp Refining: Convey the prepared pulp to a double-disc refiner for further refinement. 3.Pulp Conveying: The refined pulp is delivered to an elevated headbox by a stock pump. The lower part of the elevated headbox is equipped with an outlet connected to a fan pump. A screen filter is installed at the outlet of the fan pump. After being pumped by the fan pump, the pulp is filtered for the last time through the screen filter and then sent to a pressurized headbox. 4.Sheet Forming: The pulp forms turbulence in the pressurized headbox, is ejected in a thin film from the headbox lip, and enters a vacuum drum former. The paper sheet is formed through the suction of the vacuum drum former.
