There are three pulping methods in the pulping process flow: chemical pulping, mechanical pulping, and high-temperature and high-pressure pulping technology.

High-temperature and High-pressure Pulping Technology (CTMP)High-temperature and high-pressure pulping technology (CTMP) is an efficient mechanical pulping process. Through the combined action of high temperature, high pressure and chemicals, wood is crushed into fibers, which are then mixed with chemicals to make them suitable for the papermaking industry. The CTMP process flow includes steps such as log pretreatment, cutting, crushing and mixing. Characterized by high efficiency and environmental friendliness, the CTMP process can produce fiberboards with uniform texture and a small amount of wood chips, significantly improving the surface quality and mechanical properties of paper.

Chemical PulpingChemical pulping achieves the separation of cellulose from non-cellulosic components such as lignin in wood by using chemical agents, thereby obtaining pure cellulose. The chemical pulping process flow consists of raw material preparation, cooking, washing, screening, bleaching and other steps. While this method can produce high-quality pulp, it generates large quantities of wastewater and waste gas during production, resulting in certain environmental pollution.

Mechanical PulpingMechanical pulping directly grinds wood into fibers through mechanical force. Its process flow includes raw material preparation, pulp grinding, screening and other steps. The mechanical pulping process is simple and causes relatively little environmental pollution, but the produced pulp has relatively low quality, which is mainly used for manufacturing low-grade paper products such as newsprint.

The above is an introduction to the pulping process flow. It should be noted that different pulping methods are suitable for different raw materials and product requirements. Therefore, in actual production, it is necessary to select the appropriate pulping method according to specific circumstances.
