1.Pulp Preparation: Put broke paper, newspaper or waste paper into a single-disc hydraulic pulper, add white water to the full liquid level. Pump the pulp to a centrifugal desander via a pulp-extracting pump, and remove sand particles entrained in the pulp under the action of centrifugal force.
2.Pulp Refining: Convey the prepared pulp to a double-disc refiner for further refinement.
3.Pulp Conveying: The refined pulp is delivered to an elevated headbox by a stock pump. The lower part of the elevated headbox is equipped with an outlet connected to a fan pump. A screen filter is installed at the outlet of the fan pump. After being pumped by the fan pump, the pulp is filtered for the last time through the screen filter and then sent to a pressurized headbox.
4.Sheet Forming: The pulp forms turbulence in the pressurized headbox, is ejected in a thin film from the headbox lip, and enters a vacuum drum former. The paper sheet is formed through the suction of the vacuum drum former.
5.Sheet Drying: The formed paper sheet is conveyed out by vacuum rolls and couch rolls, dewatered by squeeze rolls, and finally sent to dryers via carrier rolls. The dryers are equipped with heating steam to dry the formed paper sheet with hot air.
6.Sheet Processing: The dried paper sheet is transferred to a reeling drum by curve rolls for winding. After weighing, the wound paper roll is subjected to rewinding and slitting.
7.Sheet Packaging: The slit paper sheets are sent to the subsequent workshop, packaged and sterilized by a packaging machine to obtain semi-finished products, which are finally sealed by a sealing machine.
