How the paper machine works
The working principle of the paper machine is mainly realized through the following parts: paper supply, stock distribution, dehydration, pressing, drying, pressing, rolling paper.
1. Paper feed part: The paper raw material is cut to the appropriate size and sent through a series of conveyor belts to the next stage.
2. Pulp distribution part: The pulp is screened on a rotating screen, and chemicals are added to improve its quality.
3. Dehydration stage: Water is removed from the pulp by high pressure and high speed rotation.
4. Pressing and drying: the pulp is compressed and further dehydrated.
5. Calender: Use high pressure and high temperature to smooth the paper and improve its quality.
6. Roll the paper: Roll the paper to the appropriate length and cut it.
